WHEN CAN GOODS BE RETURNED?
There are a number of scenarios when goods can be returned:
· If you receive Goods which do not match those ordered
· If any Goods purchased have faults when they are delivered
· If the Goods have been dispatched or have reached you, but you decide that they are no longer required, the Goods can be returned to The Fully Charged Store within 28 days of receipt.Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of The Fully Charged Store.
If you wish to return the goods you should notify us within 14 working days via email email@example.com. You will be given the option to have the items replaced or be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the items. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED?
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, the Purchaser should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, such damage should be reported to The Fully Charged Store within 14 working days. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, new items will be dispatched, or alternatively the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?
The Fully Charged Store is not responsible for paying shipment costs for returning items unless otherwise agreed with the customer services team. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
It is recommended that all returns are sent via recorded delivery to ensure that the goods arrive at our warehouse. You will be responsible for the items should they get lost en-route. Appropriate packaging materials should be used to ensure that there is no damage to the goods during transit, as you will also be liable for the cost of any damage during transportation.
You can also complete the returns process by using the tracking link we sent you when your goods were dispatched. Using the same link, you must select the option for ‘Returns’ and follow the instructions to complete the returns process. If you return your goods in this way, you do not need to notify us via email.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
